The proficiency guarantee
55% graduation accuracy.
Or your money back.
Complete the prescribed Genesis programme. Achieve at least 55% accuracy in your graduation assessment—or claim your money back under the proficiency guarantee.
Complete the programme.
Within the assigned time.
The voluntary guarantee applies only when the course is completed in full within its maximum assigned programme time. The overall maximum is 42 calendar days — six weeks from the confirmed start date. A shorter assigned programme retains its stated deadline.
Completion means finishing the required instruction, drills, assessments and evidence submissions. It does not mean you must already have passed the proficiency threshold to ask for the guarantee.
Partial, abandoned or late completion does not qualify under the voluntary proficiency guarantee, subject to the full applicable terms and any non-excludable consumer rights.
Accountability is part of training.
- Accurate records for every required assessment.
- Player signed and marker signed scorecards, or self-scored and self-signed scorecards where Self Marking is nominated.
- Timely submission of required scorecards and training evidence.
- Completion of the prescribed sequence and assigned drill work.
- Prompt communication about interruptions and written confirmation of any permitted timetable change.
Your programme terms. In writing.
Your enrolment confirmation must state the start date, completion deadline, assessment protocol, required proficiency threshold, evidence deadlines and the guarantee claim process.
The guarantee threshold is 55% accuracy in the prescribed graduation assessment. Graduation determines passing. Your programme-wide average records consistency; it does not replace the graduation score. The observed 960 Challenge benchmark is separate from this minimum guarantee threshold.
Approval-link expiry and course duration are separate. Receiving an approval email does not start the training clock.
The guarantee concerns assessed swing proficiency. Handicap and round scores reflect the whole game, including putting, short game and decisions.
