NDA & Confidentiality

All SwingForm Genesis methodology, drill sequences, scoring systems, and training frameworks disclosed during this programme are strictly confidential and proprietary to Craig Berman / SwingForm Genesis.
The participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, teach, publish, or share any component of the SwingForm Genesis system — in whole or in part — in any format, medium, or platform.
This confidentiality obligation extends to all course materials, video content, scorecard systems, drill protocols, and programme documentation provided during enrolment.
The participant acknowledges that access to SwingForm Genesis is licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, gifted, sold, or transferred to any third party.
All intellectual property contained within the SwingForm Genesis programme — including but not limited to the StrikePlane technique, SwingFrame setup system, and Genesis 960 Challenge — remains the sole property of Craig Berman.
The participant may not use SwingForm Genesis materials, branding, or methodology to establish, market, or operate any competing coaching service or programme.
Media content — including videos, photographs, and scorecard data — submitted by the participant during the programme may be used by SwingForm Genesis for marketing, case study, and testimonial purposes, subject to the participant's consent below.
This NDA is entered into in good faith as part of The Golfer's Honour Agreement and is binding upon submission of this form.

I have read and understood all 8 NDA clauses above and agree to be bound by them for the duration of my enrolment and beyond.

I acknowledge that all intellectual property within the SwingForm Genesis programme — including the StrikePlane technique, SwingFrame system, and Genesis 960 Challenge — is the exclusive property of Craig Berman and I make no claim to it.

I consent to SwingForm Genesis using my submitted videos, scorecards, and results data for marketing and case study purposes. My identity will only be disclosed with my explicit further consent.

Section 04

Programme Commitments

Full engagement: I will work through all modules and SwingForm Genesis Drill Sessions as prescribed — in sequence, without shortcuts, and with genuine commitment to the process.

Programme completion: I commit to completing the full programme, including all Fairways & Greens Challenges, to the best of my ability within the programme timeframe.

Honest scoring: I will score all SwingForm Genesis Drill Sessions accurately and sign each scorecard as a true and honest reflection of my performance. I will not inflate, omit, or misrepresent any result.

Timely submission: I will submit Fairways & Greens Challenge scorecards and video evidence promptly as required, to enable honest and accurate feedback from Craig Berman.

Trust the process: I understand that SwingForm Genesis is a structured methodology with a specific sequence. I will not skip ahead, modify the sequence, or blend it with other techniques during the programme.

Respectful engagement: I will engage with Craig Berman and any feedback sessions professionally and in good faith, applying corrections honestly and communicating openly about my progress.

Skin in the game: I understand the R500 Entry is my skin in the game — proof of intent, not an access fee. It is non-refundable, and I enter this agreement as a serious and committed participant.

Post-graduation review: Upon completing the programme, I commit to providing an honest review of my SwingForm Genesis experience — in written or video format — as a true reflection of my results and transformation. I understand this is a condition of graduation and part of my honour commitment to the integrity of the programme.
