The SwingForm Genesis coaching methodology, including the StrikePlane system, session frameworks, biomechanical principles, drills, assessment tools, scoring models, and all related instructional content (collectively, "the Methodology"), constitutes proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by SwingForm Genesis. Participants acknowledge that the Methodology is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
Participants agree to keep all aspects of the Methodology strictly confidential. You may not disclose, share, reproduce, publish, teach, or otherwise distribute any element of the Methodology to any third party — whether verbally, in writing, digitally, or through demonstration — without prior written consent from SwingForm Genesis.
All session notes, handouts, frameworks, video recordings, drill sheets, and digital materials provided during the programme remain the intellectual property of SwingForm Genesis. These materials are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be copied, forwarded, uploaded, or shared on any platform without explicit written permission.
Participants may not use knowledge, frameworks, or techniques acquired through SwingForm Genesis to coach, instruct, or teach other golfers — formally or informally — without completing an authorised SwingForm Genesis Coach Certification. Any such activity constitutes misappropriation of intellectual property and may result in legal action.
Participants consent to the collection, storage, and analysis of their golf performance data, including scorecard results, accuracy metrics, and session progression data. You certify that all scorecard submissions will be accurate, honest, and unaltered. Falsification of data is grounds for immediate dismissal from the programme without refund.
SwingForm Genesis may capture photographs and video footage during programme sessions for training, documentation, and marketing purposes. By enrolling, you grant SwingForm Genesis a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your likeness, name, and results (with your prior approval on specific content) in promotional materials. You may withdraw this consent in writing at any time.
Your confidentiality obligations survive the completion, discontinuation, or termination of your participation in any SwingForm Genesis programme and remain in effect indefinitely thereafter.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
