PRECISION SWING ENGINEERINGADMISSION BY APPLICATION

The Genesis system

A method you can
learn. Repeat. Own.

Structured training for a swing you understand, can assess and can correct.

A martial arts foundation.
Applied to the golf swing.

Genesis applies the principle of learning a martial arts form: understand a defined movement, practise it in sequence and develop the ability to repeat it with control.

The methodology draws on the familiar action of swinging a weapon and applies it to the golf club. Stance, movement and strike are learned as a connected system.

Developed over 16 years, Genesis gives you a repeatable framework for setup, swing and assessment. You learn what to do, how to recognise a deviation and how to return to the method.

Set the frame.
Guide the swing.

  1. 01 / SWINGFRAME

    The foundation of each swing.

SwingFrame establishes your setup: stance, spine angle, weight distribution, grip and ball position. The taught sequence covers posture, head position, grip, grip pressure, stance height and club position.

A consistent starting position gives you something specific to check before you swing. Each element supports the movement that follows.

  2. 02 / POWERGUIDE

The movement from setup to strike.

PowerGuide is the Genesis gravity-powered swing movement. From the SwingFrame setup, you learn to guide the downswing along the prescribed path, maintaining swing-plane integrity and clubface-to-target consistency.

The objective is an efficient, repeatable strike with less reliance on forcing or manipulating the club through impact.

  3. 03 / STRIKEPLANE

    The apex of swing efficiency.

StrikePlane defines the corridor through the strike zone, connecting the swing’s path with speed and acceleration through impact. It gives the PowerGuide movement a physical reference as the club approaches the ball, passes through impact and continues beyond it.

SwingFrame establishes the position. PowerGuide develops the movement. StrikePlane provides the path reference. You practise them together.

Understand it.
Assess it. Restore it.

The aim is to give you the knowledge to analyse your own swing and correct it using the same framework you learned.

When accuracy changes, return to the prescribed setup and movement sequence. Check your execution against the course references, identify the deviation and practise the correction.

Then measure again. The scorecard tests the result of your execution, while the method gives you a way to understand and improve it. That is the foundation of independence from ongoing swing instruction.

Progress has a structure.

  1. 01

    Establish your baseline.

Record where you are before training. The baseline gives every subsequent result a meaningful point of comparison.

  2. 02

    Learn the system.

Work through the prescribed setup and swing sequence. Complete the home drills with focus and repeat them as assigned.

  3. 03

    Measure. Review. Refine.

Complete the multi-club challenges, submit accurate scorecards and apply the feedback before progressing.

  4. 04

    Demonstrate proficiency.

Complete the final assessment and the full programme. Your graduation score determines whether you pass; the average across the programme records consistency separately.

Accuracy made visible.

The standard multi-club assessment uses 48 shots: eight clubs, six shots per club.

Targets and assessment instructions define a successful shot. The baseline and subsequent challenges use the prescribed scoring method so changes can be tracked.

Keep each result accurately, sign the scorecard and submit it on time. Nominate your marker or select Self Marking in your application.

Course-specific instructions and the complete assessment protocol are provided for your programme.

Efficiency beyond the mechanics

Train the skill.
Develop the player.

Genesis connects specifically designed drills with mindset and course management. The objective is efficient learning followed by purposeful execution.

The drills accelerate skills acquisition through a prescribed sequence. Assessments show where your execution stands. The same framework gives you a reference for self-analysis and correction.

Mindset develops attention and commitment. Course management brings target selection, strategy and considered decisions into the round. Swing proficiency is the foundation; how you use it also matters.
