Drill Training : 9 Home Training Sessions
Minimum Time Of 40 minutes each.

Rounds: 4 Rounds of Fairways & Greens
48 shots per round only.

Scoring Metric: Fairways & Greens Accuracy %

Entry terms :

The Baseline Accuracy Assignment :

 Must Be Completed ,Signed And Uploaded per the
course training protocol.
No access will be given to the training material until
the Baseline Scorecard Is Uploaded And Score Allocated.

Course Completion Time Frame :
Training Course Must Be Completed in 40 days
or less per the course itinerary.

Home Drill Sessions - Time Criteria:
Home Drill Training Sessions Must Meet Time Criteria
of 40 minutes per session MINIMUM.

Scorecards :
Marked Accurately & Honestly.
Signed And Submitted For Validation.

SHOW UP :
Commit 100% - Do The Drills With
Maximum Effort & Focus.

Winner Announcements:
Winners Will Be Announced And Notified Once The Full
Round Is Completed And All Player Scorecards Have Been
Received And Scored.

Delivery Of Prizes

Coaching :
3 Online / Virtual Sessions As May Be Required Per
The SwingForm 90 Course Protocol.

Right Of Refusal 
SwingForm Golf reserves the right to refuse access
to the event competition should the HI be too low
or the Baseline Accuracy Assignment Score is well above 
the minimum skill level of 14 HI.

In the event of refusal, SwingForm will advise the player 
in writing and the reasons for the refusal - the player has the 
choice to request a refund or to continue the course 
to completion at the discounted rate.

Failure to comply will result in disqualification
from prize eligibility only - course access will continue
