Our application process is there to ensure we only get players that are  motivated , results focused and  will be committed to following the training system.

There are 4 Levels.
Each level Is 7-10 Days.

Level 1 - 3 Home Drill Sessions ; Fairways & Greens Round 1 - 48 shots
Level 2 : 3 Home Drill Sessions ; Fairways & Greens Round 2 - 48 shots
Level 3 : 2 Home Drill Sessions ; Fairways & Greens Round 3 - 48 shots
Level 4 : 2 Home Drill Sessions : Fairways & Greens Graduation Round - 48 shots

You can commit to 2x45 minute home sessions per level.
1 range session per level  -  48 shots only.
You are willing to follow the system exactly.

Step 2 — Choose Your Membership & Make Your Payment

You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been created.
Change your password and login.

Step 3  — Complete The Baseline Accuracy Assignment
This determines your pre-SwingForm Accuracy level.

Step 4 - Get access to the SwingForm System full course.
Follow the 26‑ 40 day SwingForm training plan.

Step 5 — Graduate
Achieve scratch‑equivalent accuracy — or better.

Step 6 - Play Your Best Golf Ever.

SwingForm maintains a 100% scratch-level accuracy success record for approved
applicants who complete the program as designed.

If you don't achieve this standard of 51% Fairway Targets* Hit &
56% Green Targets Hit* By Graduation -
