The Drill Sessions
The Core level includes 2 home drill sessions — structured practice sequences you complete between range sessions using various clubs to get the feel of the setup and swing. The drill sessions are designed to assimilate the SwingFrame and PowerGuide Swing arc into your neuro-muscular system before your Core Range Session.
Core Range Session
Your Core Range Session is a scored accuracy session completed after your home drills. FIR and GIR are tracked against your baseline. This scorecard is submitted before advancing to Level 2 — Form.

Here, everything comes together in a harmony of form, control, power and accuracy.
By this stage, you have fully integrated the three previous lessons , your swing confidence is high and accuracy scores move into the high 60s , 70s and even 80s.
The drill sessions here become more intensely focussed on precision , sequence and component accuracy.
The PowerGuide swing reaches it’s optimum execution with performance improving in accuracy , distance, shape and flight.
Range and green targets become smaller, simulating higher levels of accuracy.
The advanced mental concepts like The Golf Space, Playing For the Light and Creating The Swing are taught at this level , completing the SwingForm Genesis journey from student to master.

As the name suggests, this lesson is about power. But not only about swingspeed, but harnessing the power of gravity and the power of the precision setup to accelerate swing proficency to the next level.
Drill sessions are stricter and more focussed, with the mental / zone element becoming more prominent to elevate focus into a higher state of awareness.
The range session at this level increases in difficulty, challenging the accuracy and precision of execution under pressure.
Players at this level experience more focused downwing timing, increase swing speed and explosion of power as the SwingForm technique integrates further into the neuro-muscular system.
The previous lessons make their impact known and accuracy and distance scores increase beyond prior levels.
This lesson is the gateway to the Mastery lesson and advanced concepts like Parallax aiming are included.
This is the Second Lesson in the 4 Lessons to Golf Swing Mastery Course.
This lesson builds on the Core lesson before it, fine tuning elements in the SwingFrame and the PowerGuide swing.
The drill sessions are more focused with tweaking the components for greater SwingFrame accuracy and ensuring consistent SwingPlane alignment and improving the timing on the downswing trigger for improved ball striking, distance, accuracy and shape and flight.
Aiming and alignment to target are also improved with growing confidence in the swing , the process and the target line.
Players typcially see huge gains in accuracy , distance and consistency and this level sets the structure for the Power and Mastery lessons that follow.
It is here that players experience their true swing , fluidity, consistency, balance and accuracy and round scores tend to increase to the high 60’s and higher!
