Submit your signed completed scorecard to baseline@swingformgolf.com

You will receive your registration link by email.

Complete your registration and start the training course.

Complete the course and compare your results to your Baseline Score.
If you have improved, pay the course fee of $199.

If your graduation score is not better than your baseline score,
you don't pay anything.

6 Rules Of Enrollment

I am giving you unrestricted access to this tranformational golf swing course without requiring any payment.

In return, I ask that you return the trust shown by agreeing to the following terms on your honor as a golfer:

#1 : You complete and submit your Baseline Accuracy Scorecard before you get access.

#2 : You may not play a round of golf 'til after your graduation range session.

#3 : You commit 100% to the training and do the program to the very best of your ability.

#4 : You mark your scorecards accurately and honestly.

#5 : You don't share any of the SwingForm techniques and concepts or give access to friends / golf buddies that have not completed and submitted a Baseline Accuracy Scorecard.

#6 : You pay the course fee in full when you see your improvements at graduation.
