In the event that after you have completed the three phase training system, you have not improved on your accuracy , SwingForm will refund your course fee.

To be eligible for the refund, you have to accept the terms of the refund cover and this involves COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING  the Baseline Accuracy Assessment Scorecard BEFORE you start your first home training session.

The Baseline Accuracy Scorecard is your insurance so at the end of your SwingForm training, if the average accuracy has not improved compared to the Baseline Average Accuracy score, you are eligible for the refund.

To activate the refund cover, you need to add this to your cart.

Once you have registered for the course, you download the training scorecard which includes the Baseline Accuracy Assessment Scorecard.

You will need to go to the range to complete it and then submit it via email as per the instructions on the scorecard.

Once the Baseline Assessment Scorecard is received, your refund cover is active.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Baseline Accuracy Assessment must be completed and submitted before you do the first home session of SwingForm training
2. The Assessment Scorecard must be accurately scored.
3. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PAYMENT PLATFORM FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED , THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE THE COURSE FEE PAID, LESS ANY TRANSACTIONAL FEES DEDUCTED BY PAYPAL / PAYFAST ETC.
