If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always got...
The home and range sessions are designed to be done over a 21 day period, with each phase spaced over a 7 day period doing training on alternate days with a rest day in between each home and range session.
We know that life can get in the way of golf sometimes, so you can do each phase over 10 days if your schedule is tight – this means a total training period of 30 days.
If you have time, you could complete this training course in just 14 days, but it’s important to have some down time to allow assimilation and integration of the techniques and concepts into your body and brain for optimum results.
Each home session should be at least 45 minutes or more for optimum results .
The home sessions consist of the 5-step setup process for the SwingFrame and five PowerGuide Swing Exercises as well the complete Setup , Swing and Finish.
The range session is 48 shots using 8 different clubs over 6 rounds.
These range sessions will take around 60-90 minutes maximum , with the focus being on achieving consistent quality ball-striking and accuracy by executing high-quality swings.
The home and range sessions have been specially formulated using the trial results to provide optimum results in terms of skills acquisition.
The reason you shouldn't play a round of golf while you are doing your training is because you are learning a new 'Golf Swing Operating System'.
Until you have finished the course, you would not have successfully assimilated the techniques to allow you to apply it on the golf course.
If you play a round before you finish and things start to go wrong, you will revert BACK to what you know (which doesn't work) and possibly undo all the work you have done through your training course.
Besides, it will be well worth sacrificing a few frustrating rounds of golf to come back with a powerful, efficient, accurate and consistent golf swing that will see you hit more fairways and greens and score better!
And we found that golfers that DON'T play a round during their SwingForm training do much better than those that do.
