The Baseline Accuracy Scorecard is your pre-SwingForm accuracy assessment and will be used to establish your baseline levels of accuracy with these clubs prior to your Swingform Training.

The instructions on how to use the BAS Scorecard are on the card and are very easy!

The scorecard will automatically calculate the accuracy percentages for each round and each club, so just fill in the numbers , save it on your computer as per the instructions and upload it when you register!
